    The 6 in 1 Multi-Function paint roller making machine is adopted the advanced automation design idea at present.

    Controlled by Electric integrated design PLC programming and Process parameters of various products in the operating Interface of the system Touch screen Flexible setting, real-time monitoring of each action in operation, automatic detection of incoming machine sensors for assembly and processing,automatic stop alarm warning of abnormal action faults, convenient maintenance and processing.

    The integrated function of head, pipe cutting, primary combing, second combing, back chamfering, front chamfering, trimming and floatation can save customers labor, reduce production cycle time, and reduce production and use sites.Machine function settings can be selectively opened and closed for functions: straight head, primary comb, secondary combing, chamfer, trimming.

    Standard equipped with ø38mm tube shaft, the processing length specification can be adjusted for 4 ~ 11 inch, can also be used to replace other specifications shaft. 


    Kindly reminding : It can combine with winding machine and end cap assemblly machine to form a full automatic production line；Usually, 1 winding machine connect with 2 Multi-function machine and 2  end cap assembly machine .The whole line with capacity is 1600pcs/ Hour.
